Recipe from Pero Family Kitchen: Lemon garlic sugar snap peas. Make this recipe with Pero Sugar Snap Peas. Ingredients: 15 oz. Pero sugar snap peas. 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice. 2 tbsp olive oil. 1 tbsp garlic, minced. Salt and pepper to taste. How to Make It: Cook peas to desired texture using microwave directions. Transfer peas to a saute pan on medium heat. Add olive oil and garlic, stir for 2 minutes. Next, add the fresh lemon juice and cook for another 2 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately and enjoy! Microwave Directions: Pierce this bag with a fork. Place bag on a microwave-safe dish. Microwave on high for 3 to 5 minutes. Remove dish from the microwave. Let it stand for 1 to 3 minutes. Open bag carefully, it will be hot and the package will steam. Serve immediately and enjoy! Microwave ovens vary in power and cooking times may vary and be outside these ranges. Stovetop Directions: Remove sugar snap peas from bag. Bring 3 to 4 cups of water to a rolling boil.
