Directions
You Will Need: 1/2 stick (1/4 cup) butter or margarine softened* (not melted); 2 eggs. 1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F (or 325 degrees F for nonstick heat cookie sheet). 2. Stir Cookie Mix, softened butter and eggs in medium bowl until dough forms. 3. Roll dough into 1 1/2-inch balls (about 2 tablespoons) and place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. (If dough is too sticky to roll, dust hands with flour). 4. Bake 17 to 19 minutes or until edges are light golden brown. Cool 2 minutes before removing from cookie bake sheet. Cool completely; store in airtight container. Betty’s Tip: Roll dough in sugar before baking. * To soften butter directly from refrigerator, microwave on high 10-15 seconds.
