Perfectly portioned and made with cage free EB Eggs, real ingredients, broccoli, cheddar and Swiss cheeses, this heat-and-eat quiche delivers 14g of high-quality protein with award-winning taste in a buttery crust. Fully cooked and ready in about 3 minutes from the microwave, it is a satisfying microwave breakfast, brunch, quick lunch, or savory snack with no prep and no cleanup. Enjoy it on its own, pair it with a salad, or add fruit for an easy meal anytime.

Hot & delicious in minutes. Heating Instructions. For Best Results: 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (or 325 degrees F for convection). 2. Remove the quiche from the box and discard all packaging except for the plastic cup*. 3. Heat the quiche in the microwave on high for 2 minutes^. 4. Transfer the quiche (in its cup) to a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. 5. Let the quiche stand for 5 minutes before serving. ^ If you defrost the quiche in the refrigerator, you can skip step 3. For Fastest Results: 1. Remove the quiche from the box and discard all packaging except for the plastic cup*. 2. Microwave on high power for 3 minutes or until internal temperature is 165 degrees F. 3. Let stand 5 minutes before enjoying. * The plastic cup is safe for use in microwave and oven up to 400 degrees F. You may also heat the quiche without the cup if preferred. Based on 1000 watt microwave. Caution, quiche will be hot! Keep frozen.
