Microwave on high power until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F - about 3 minutes. 3. Let stand 5 minutes before enjoying. (a) The plastic cup is safe for use in microwave and oven up to 400 degrees F. You may also heat the quiche without the cup if preferred. Microwave + Oven: 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Remove the quiche from the box and discard all packaging except for the plastic cup(a). 3. Microwave on high for 2 minutes, then transfer quiche (still in plastic cup) to a baking sheet. 4. Bake in the pre-heated oven until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F about 15 minutes. 5. Let stand 5 minutes before enjoying. (a) The plastic cup is safe for use in microwave and oven up to 400 degrees F. You may also heat the quiche without the cup if preferred. Caution, quiche will be hot!
