Perfectly portioned and fully cooked, this heat-and-eat quiche is made with cage free EB Eggs, real ingredients, a buttery crust, and four cheeses: Swiss, cheddar, white cheddar and mozzarella. Each personal-size frozen quiche delivers 17g of protein with award-winning Four Cheese taste and is an excellent source of protein, calcium and vitamins D, E and B12. Heat it in the microwave for a quick meal in minutes, or finish it in the oven for a more baked-at-home texture. Heating Instructions: For best results. 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degree F (or 325 degrees F for convection). 2. Remove the quiche from the box and discard all packaging except for the plastic cup*. 3. Heat the quiche in the microwave on high for 2 minutes^. 4. Transfer the quiche (in its cup) to a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. 5. Let the quiche stand for 5 minutes before serving. ^ If you defrost the quiche in the refigerator, you can skip step 3. * The plastic cup is safe for use in microwave and oven up to 400 degrees F. You may also heat the quiche without the cup if preferred. For Fastest Results: 1. Remove the quiche from the box and discard all packaging except for the plastic cup*. 2. Microwave on high power for 3 minutes or until internal temperature is 165 degrees F. 3. Let stand 5 minutes before enjoying. * The plastic cup is safe for use in microwave and oven up to 400 degrees F. You may also heat the quiche without the cup if preferred.
