Directions
You will need: 3 small ripe bananas, if large or overripe, use 2 bananas. 2 tbsp *milk of choice. 2 tbsp oil or butter. 1 tbsp syrup or honey. Hot Tip: More banana = More dense and moist. Less banana = More fluffy. Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease or line pan. Whisk bananas, oil, milk, and syrup together until smooth. Stir in the dry mix and pour batter into pan. Bake 22-26 min for standard 12-ct muffins, or 45-55 min for a 9"x 5" loaf. Let cool to set. How to know it's done? When it bounces back to touch! To store your baked bread - leave out covered, in the refrigerator, or freezer. Although tempting, please do not consume raw.
