Directions

Instructions for use: Lip Color Step 1: Apply a thin layer of color to clean lips and allow it to dry completely (about 2 minutes), Balm Topcoat Step 2: Apply conditioning balm top coat to shine and comfort. Reapply as needed to refresh throughout the day. To remove, use oil-based make up remover. Good for 24 months once opened.
