Directions
One Pot Lasagna Soup: Prep Time: 10 Minutes. Cook Time: 20 Minutes. Makes 9 servings. You Will Need: 1 pkg. McCormick Seasoning Mix; 1 lb. ground beef; 1 cup chopped onion; 1 can (28 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained; 1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce; 1 container (32 oz.) chicken stock (4 cups); 8 oz. (about 10) lasagna noodels, broken into bite-size pieces. Assorted Toppings: ricotta cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese or fresh basil. Directions: 1. Brown ground beef in large saucepan on medium heat. Drain. Add onion; cook and stir 2 minutes or until softened. 2. Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, Seasoning Mix and stock. Bring to boil. Stir in lasagna noodle pieces; cook 8 to 10 minutes, or until noodles are tender. 3. Ladle soup into serving bowls.
