Heating Instructions: In the oven (recommended method): 1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. 2. Place frozen filets on baking sheet and heat for 14-16 minutes. For crispier filets, turn over halfway through heating time and spray light oil on both sides. In the air fryer (recommended method): 1. Set air fryer to 375-400 degrees F. 2. Place frozen filets in basket or on rack. For best results, prevent filets from touching. For crispier filets, turn over halfway through heating time and spray both sides with oil. 1-2 filets: 10-12 minutes. 3 - 4 filets: 12-14 minutes. In the microwave (Heating instructions developed using 1100 watt microwave). 1. Place frozen filet on a microwave safe plate. 2. Microwave on high setting until heated thoroughly, turning filet over halfway through the heating time. See microwave times listed: 1 filet: 1 minute. 2 filets: 1 minute and 30 seconds microwaving more than 2 filets at one time is not recommended. All appliances vary. Times given are approximate. Keep frozen until ready to use. Heat to a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Caution: Never leave cooking appliances unattended while in use. Children should be supervised. Keep frozen.
