How to cook: Farro is easy to prepare and cooks relatively quickly. First rinse the grains and then place 1 cup of grain into a saucepan with at least 3 cups of water. Cover and bring to a low boil for 15 minutes or until "al dente" or chewy. Some people like to add a touch of salt while cooking. Ready in about 15 min. Ferro is an organic agricultural product. Despite the use of modern cleaning equipment it is not always possible remove all foreign material. Always rinse and soft farro before cooking.
