No added fragrances. No chlorine whitening. This wrap includes an innovative bio-based material called PHA, or Polyhydroxylalkanoates. PHA is derived from the fermentation of edible vegetable oils, like canola oil, with bacteria that lives in soil. The fermented material is filtered, dried, and purified into a raw material that can be used in packaging. Traditional plastic wraps are typically made from fossil fuel-based sources.
