Make 6 Mexican Pizzas! You Will Need: 1 Lb Ground Beef 3/4 Cup Water 1 Cup Shredded Mexican-Style Cheese Top With Favorite Toppings. 1. Heat oven to 425 degrees F. Cook beef in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat, breaking up and stirring. Cook until browned and reaches 160 degrees F; drain. 2. Season: Stir in water and Seasoning Mix; heat to boiling. 3. Reduce heat; simmer uncovered 3 to 4 minutes, stirring often, until thickened. 4. Place 6 tostadas on cookie sheet. Divide queso evenly onto tostadas, spread evenly. Top each tostada with 1/4 cup beef mixture. 5. Stack with another tostada. Divide taco sauce onto tostadas, spread evenly. Top with shredded cheese. 6.
