Cook thoroughly. Cooking Instructions Stove Top: 7-9 minutes. 1. Heat 3 tbsp. cooking oil in a non-stick 12 inches skillet over medium -high heat. 2. Carefully add 1/2 bag (3 cups) of frozen Potatoes O'Brien Potatoes with onions and peppers to form an even layer. 3. Cook 7-9 minutes, turning every 2-3 minutes. Cook to a golden color. 4. Season to taste. Tips For Frying With Oil: Always preheat oil uncovered. If oil spatters, cover immediately and reduce heat. When spattering stops, remove cover and return to cooking temperature.
