Cooking Instructions: Air Fryer: 10-12 minutes: 1. Preheat air fryer at 400 degrees F for 5 minutes. 2. Place Sweet Potato Straight Cut in air fryer basket. (do not overfill). 3. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes or until fries are crisp and lightly browned, gently shaking basket after 5 minutes. 4. Remove basket from air fryer. 5. Season to taste. Air fryers vary in size and wattage, the above cook times are approximate. Adjust as necessary. Oven Bake: 1/2 bag 16-20 minutes. Full bag 22-28 minutes. 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. 2. Arrange frozen Sweet Potato Straight Cut in a single layer on an 11 Inches x17 Inches baking sheet. 3. Bake for required time, turning midway. Cook to a light golden color. 4. Season to taste. Deep Fryer: 3-5 minutes: 1. Preheat cooking oil in an electric deep fryer to 350 degrees F. Fill deep fryer not more than half full of oil. 2. Fill fryer basket not more than half full of frozen Sweet Potato Straight Cut. Carefully lower basket into hot oil. 3. Fry for 3-5 minutes. Cook to a light golden color. 4. Drain on paper towels. Season to taste. Appliance temperatures may vary. Please consider the performance of your appliance when following these directions. Tips for Frying with Oil: Always preheat oil uncovered. If oil splatters, cover immediately and reduce heat. When splattering stops, remove cover and return to cooking temperature. Be careful not to splatter or spill oil onto hot burner of range. Caution: Ice crystals on frozen foods can cause spattering when added to hot oil. Add product carefully. Keep frozen.
