Directions

1. In a saucepan, bring water to a boil. For enhanced taste, add 1 Tbsp butter or oil and pinch of salt per cup of rice. 2. Stir in rice, cover with a tight fitting lid, and reduce heat to simmer. 3. Simmer for 15 minutes or until water is absorbed. Fluff with fork before serving. Dry Rice: 1 Cup, Water: 1.75 Cups, Yield: 3 Cups, Servings: 4; Dry Rice: 2 Cups, Water: 3.5 Cups, Yield: 6 Cups, Servings: 8; Dry Rice: 3 Cups, Water: 5.25 Cups, Yield: 9 Cups, Servings: 12. Store in a cool, dry place. Peel to open.
