Directions
Cooking Instructions From Frozen: Skillet: Preheat skillet to medium-high heat. Place frozen fillets in a single layer into the skillet and cook for 10-11 minutes turning over halfway through cooking. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place frozen fillets in a single layer on a shallow, foil-lined baking pan. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes. Note: Since appliances vary, be sure to cook to a minimum temperature of 158 degrees F before enjoying! Use care to not overcook. Keep frozen.
