Directions: Ingredients You Bring: For 4 servings: 1 lb. lean ground beef, sour cream, shredded cheese, cooking spray. 1. Brown meat in skillet; drain. Add seasoning mix, 1 cup water and rice; stir. Bring to boil; cover and simmer on medium heat 3 min., stirring occasionally. Remove skillet from heat. Let stand 5 min.; stir. 2. Spread about 1 tbsp. Cheese sauce onto half of 1 tortilla. Top cheese sauce with 1/4 cup shredded cheese. 3. Spoon 3/4 cup seasoned meat and rice next to cheese. 4. Top seasoned meat and rice with 2 tsp. Creamy chipotle sauce and 2 tsp. Sour cream. 5. Fold over edge of tortilla to cover sauce and seasoned meat and rice. Take outer edges and fold flaps toward center. Roll up queso burrito starting at bottom edge of tortilla. 6. Spray skillet with cooking spray. Place queso-burrito, seam sides down, in skillet; cook on medium heat 1 to 2 min. On each side or until golden brown on both sides. Repeat with remaining assembled queso burritos. Note: spoon any remaining seasoned meat and rice, cheese sauce and creamy chipotle sauce into covered containers. Refrigerate up to 2 days before using as desired.
