Wel-Pac® Lo Mein Egg Noodles. Egg white only.
Add 1 package (10 oz.) We-Pac Lo mein egg noodles to 6 quarts of boiling water (salt and oil are not needed), cook for 4 minutes or until it reaches desired tenderness, drain well, toss with olive oil and serve with your favorite dish. Basic stir-fry with Lo mein egg boodles: 1. Heat small amount of oil in wok and cook sliced garlic before it turns brown. 2. In same wok, add your favorite vegetables and meat with sauce, stir fry till done. 3. Combine cooked Wel-Pac Lo mein egg noodles with stir fry, mix until well heated and serve. Wel-Pac Lo Mein Egg Noodles are also great in soup or salad!!!
