Store in a cool, dry and clean place away from strong light and odor Once opened reseal well. Stove top: 1. In a large pot, bring 2 1/2 cups of water to a boil for each cup of farro. Add a pinch of salt if desired. 2. Rinse desired amount of farro in a strainer. 3. Add the rinsed farro to the boiling water, reduce to low and cook uncovered for 25-30 minutes. 4. Remove from heat, drain out extra water, fluff with a fork and season to taste.
