Microwave Directions: 1. Squeeze pouch to separate beans. 2. Tear open top of pouch to vent (about 2-inches). 3. Microwave on high 1:00. Do not leave microwave unattended. Caution: Pouch is hot! 4. Carefully remove from microwave using hold here area on untorn side of pouch. Tear all the way across. Empty beans into a microwave-safe bowl and stir.
