For food safety and quality, follow the cooking directions. Refrigerate leftovers. You will need. 1 Lb breakfast sausage. 2 Cups water. 2 Eggs. 1. Cook ground meat in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat for 6 to 8 minutes, breaking up and stirring. 2. Stir: Stir in water, sauce mix and hash browns. Heat to boiling. 3. Cover once boiling point is reached, reduce heat to medium. Spread mixture evenly, cook for 1 minutes until the water is absorbed and the bottom is golden grown. Stir for even browning. 4. Turn hashbroun mixture over in sections. Spread evenly; press firmly. Increase heat to medium high cook 2-4 minutes until bottom is golden brown, stirring occasionally. 5. Scramble push hashborwns to one side of the skillet. On the other side, scramble eggs. Fold hashbrowns and eggs. Fold hashbrown and eggs together. Add your own twist. Turn this flavor up!. Stir in fresh spinach leaves and jalapenos just before simmering. Top with cheddar cheese just before serving.
