Double Blue Brand Wild Caught Sockeye Salmon Portions.
Thawing instructions: place salmon in refrigerator overnight or under cold water in sealed bag. Microwave: Cook thawed salmon on medium-high for 2 minutes. Only use portions for this method. Let salmon rest for 1 minute before serving. Broiler: Preheat broiler and adjust oven racks 4-5 inches from the broiler. Place thawed salmon portions on an oiled baking sheet. Oil and season salmon to taste. Broil portions for 12-15 minutes. Skillet: Preheat non-stick frying pan or skillet to medium-high. Place thawed portions in pan and cook for 3-4 minutes and season to taste. Bake: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Place thawed salmon skin side down on an oiled baking sheet. Brush salmon with oil and season to taste. Bake portions for 12-15 minutes. Keep frozen.
