Cook thoroughly. Thawing Instructions: Remove fish fillets from their packaging. Place the fillets in a covered dish inside the fridge for about 6 hours or until they're fully thawed. When ready to cook, transfer the fillets to a clean flat dish and pat dry with a paper towel to remove the excess moisture. Do not soak directly in water. For Quick Thawing: Transfer the desired amount of product from its packaging to a clean resealable plastic bag. Place the sealed bag under cold running water (never warm) until corpletely thawed (about 5-10 minutes). Remove the thawed fillets from the bag, pat dry, and cook with your desired recipe. Prepare and cook the fish with your desired recipe and enjoy immediately. Do not refreeze thawed product. Bake - Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Place fish in oiled baking dish. Season to taste. Bake for 8-12 minutes - until fish flakes when pierced with a fork. Grill - Preheat Grill. Season fish with salt and pepper. Turn after 3-4 minutes. Continue to grill until fish flakes with a fork. Pan Fry - Heat a small amount of oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season fish with salt and pepper, coat with flour. Pan fry for 4-6 minutes, turning once, or until fish is golden brown and crispy. Cooking Instructions: Keep frozen, thaw fish prior to cooking. Do not refreeze after thawing. Fish are done cooking when easily flaked with a fork (internal temperature of 145 degrees F). Keep frozen. Storage Instructions: For best taste, use within 3 months of purchase.
