Cooking Instruction: We bet you can't wait to enjoy these! But it's smart to keep fillets completely frozen until you're ready to prepare. For the best food quality and safety, follow these instructions: Conventional Oven: Arrange an oven rack in the center of the oven and preheat to 400 degrees F. Place frozen fillets on a non-stick or foil-lined baking pan. Bake for 19 to 22 minutes. Wait patiently. Drizzle with finishing sauce. Grill: Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Lightly brush a square of aluminum foil with oil or butter. Place frozen fillets in a single layer on the foil and loosely crimp foil edges together to form a pouch. Grill for 19 to 22 minutes. Drizzle: with finishing sauce. Microwave (1100-Watt Oven): Place 2 frozen fillets in a single layer on microwave-safe plate, cover with plastic wrap and pierce to vent. Cook on high power for 4 to 5 minutes. For best results, rotate fillets once halfway through cooking and let stand 1 minute before serving. Drizzle with finishing sauce. Caution! Steam can cause burns - Use caution when removing hot food!
