Cooking Instructions: Remove all packaging. Pan fry: Coat the bottom of pan with oil and heat on medium-high heat. Pan fry for 7-9 minutes. Broil: Place fish on lightly greased cooking sheet. Broil on high for 8-10 minutes. Previously frozen. Should not refreeze. Stored under refrigeration 32 degrees F- 40 degrees F. To keep fresh, use immediately or freeze.
