Cooking Instructions: For optimal food quality and safety, please follow these cooking instructions. Keep frozen until ready to prepare - do not refreeze. Conventional Oven: Place rack in center of oven, and preheat to 400 degrees F. Place frozen fillets on a shallow, foil-lined baking pan. Bake for 17-19 minutes. Turn broiler on high and broil for 2-3 minutes. Convection Oven: Place rack in center of oven and preheat to 375 degrees F. Place frozen fillets on a shallow, foil-lined baking pan. Bake for 15-17 minutes. Turn broiler on high and broil for 2-3 minutes. Air Fryer: Preheat air fryer to 375 degrees F. Place frozen fillets in a single layer and cook for 10-13 minutes. Let stand 2 minutes before enjoying. Note: Since appliances vary, these instructions are only a guideline. Cook to a minimum internal temperature of 158 degrees F. Microwave cooking not recommended. Keep frozen.
