Cooking instructions: Deep Fry (Recommended): Do Not Thaw. Fry in clean oil at 350 degrees F for about 2 1/2-3 minutes or until golden brown. Drain and let stand for 1 minute before serving. Conventional oven: Do not thaw. bake in a preheated oven at 400 degrees F for about 6-8 minutes or until golden brown. cooking times may vary due to differences in cooking equipment. Cook to an internal temp. of 165 degrees. Serving suggestions: Make new Orleans style oyster Po-boy sandwiches dressed with buffalo sauce, blue cheese and bacon bits. add fried oysters to your favorite green salad. after fully cooking, toss oysters in buffalo, sesame ginger or Thai sweet chili sauce(s.)
