Directions: Dissolve 1 teaspoon into 1 cup boiling water to make 1 cup broth. 1 teaspoon granulated bouillon = 1 cube bouillon. Uses: add to soup, stew, gravies, sauces and stir-fry and bring to a boil. Add to water when boiling rice, pasta, couscous, potatoes and vegetables. Use to season beef prior to cooking to 160 degrees F; for ground beef, cook to 165 degrees F. Mix 1 teaspoon bouillon into each pound of ground meat and cook thoroughly to 165 degrees F when making meatloaf, burgers and meatballs. Keep in cool, dry place.
